37 weeks     Well, after a wonderful, relaxing few days with Alex's Aunt, Uncle & 2 wonderful cousins south of Washington DC, it's back into the pub game.  Alex was great on his first flight with not quite perfect but typical nearly 9 month old behaviour. He's almost crawling so the fun will soon begin. Went to his swim class today & was so good he got to kiss the 3 girls in his class. Uh oh!  October 3, 2002.

44 weeks     Now that we're back at the Yorkshire Grey we realise what a lovely time we've had on our too short 2 weeks off in Lanzarote & at the Bolshaw grandparents; it's only now you appreciate all you've seen, done & experienced.   November 24, 2002.

44 weeks     Lovely people looking after us on our travels & everyone gave Alex a moment or more; he's a little people magnet.  November 24, 2002.

44 weeks     The crawler is now on the prowl everywhere; thanks to Gran Bolshaw for getting him crawling the day after we drove up to Nutmeg. He also pulled himself to standing for the first time over the bidet at the hotel - hopefully not an omen of porcelain truck driving in years to come!   November 24, 2002.
