  8½ weeks     More, yes more, pickies of the wee fella. He's learning to grizzle for attention, smile at appropriate times. He's slept thru' a couple of times now, so he's progressing admirably ......

  9½ weeks     We've had a lovely day with Ju's Uni mates from Luton. Alex was stoked to be in such esteemed company; he sleep thru the whole event only waking up on the return to the Yorkshire Grey. & that's after sleeping from 11pm to 8am last night; huh!

To all with us today, thanks for a lovely day.....& just to prove family life isn't all ooohs & aaahs, here's a pic of the wee fella this morning with a not happy face.

  10 weeks     All goes well; he's very alert & good head control, follows people & smiles at the nice ones (hasn't worked out how to react to the horrid ones yet!) sleeping thru' the night (almost) & feeding like a Biafran porcine (a hungry African pig).

Big day out
           
  10½ weeks     With Grandma & grandpa Bolshaw here we had a great day out yesterday (Saturday)!  Walked past St Paul's (my church) & took Docklands Light Rail down to Island Gardens; walked under the Thames to Greenwich & the Cutty Sark. Alex got his bum out there for a nappy change then took him up to the observatory to be at 0 longitude. Took river boat back to Embankment & walked home thru Soho. Dinner at Sergio's on the corner next to the pub & bed.  A big day out ...... :)
